Artists Repertory Theatre’s capital campaign enabled it to own its building and maximize its use. $4 Million was raised for a three-phase campaign. Phases I and II are complete with over $3 Million raised from individuals close to the theater and foundations, with no public support. Phase III was completed in November 2009.
For information about the campaign, please contact Katy Franz.

-
Added 220 brand new, comfortable seats in the Mainstage with 27% increased seating capacity, providing more opportunity for earned income and future growth
-
Built a spacious new Second Stage lobby and gallery
- Created a “Producer’s Lounge,” a contemporary, visually exciting multi-purpose space for meetings and events
- Updated Second Stage restrooms
- Installed eight new HVAC units, replacing the most obsolete portions of the heating and cooling system
Phase III
-
$1 Million to complete the transformation of the building. Construction scheduled for summer 2009.
-
Add an internal central staircase connecting both theaters
-
Increase access to audience amenities on both levels – lobbies, parking, restrooms, concessions, and the Producers Lounge – for greater audience comfort and convenience
-
Double the size of the Alder Lobby
